Dante's house/apartment

I walked in carrying Addie

she was still passed out

I put her on the couch, then sweeped up a broken plate

addie slowly woke up. "dante?"

I remained silent as I swept up, not hearing her

addie started walking around looking. the place has changed since the last time she was here...

I looked up at the once neat, tidy home, now it was in choas, almost like my dad had taken the simple beauty of it with him.

addie picked up a picture frame that fell

It was picture of my mom and dad, their wedding picture.

the glass on the picture broke. addie felt tears rolling down her cheeks

I took it from her, not looking at it

"i-i didnt realize it was that bad" she whispered

"Well...it is...things aren't going to get better either"

"why are they even fighting in the first place" i whispered

"I don't know, they won't tell me anything?"

she sighed hugging him

I hug her back

"I don't want you to go" I whispered

"Me neither"

she sighed and kissed him on the lips forgetting about patty

I kissed her back but pulled away. "Remember Patty"

she bit her lip. "right.." she whispered
